Canvas Framing

In addition to our flagship framing options, we also offer a range of canvas stretching, float framing, and board mounting services, all done in-house. Please note, canvas framing is sent off-site to our dedicated canvas workshop (located just down the street) and as such we cannot offer on-the-spot canvas framing. Orders are subject to our typical order turnaround times.

Canvas Framing

We offer a range of canvas stretching, float framing, and board mounting services. Please note that this is done in our separate workshop and as such we cannot offer a DIY service, and are subject to our typical order turnaround times.

We are equipped to stretch canvas up to a maximum width/height of 1900mm (75″) in either 20mm or 30mm depths
We are equipped to float works up to a maximum width/height of 1900mm (75″) ranging in depths from 20mm-40mm. This includes canvas, linen or works on board
Your old artwork is a little loose and needs a refresh? Don't worry - we can remove it from the existing stretcher bar and stretch it onto a new one to give it a new lease of life

Victorian Ash Frames

Our float frames are made out of sustainably sourced Victorian Ash. Offering an organic, warm appearance, with a visible and prominent natural wood grain which is both elegant and charming. Our Victorian Ash range is available in pre-stained colour options to complement every decor, as well as our ever-popular untreated Raw Ash, which is suitable to stain or paint yourself at home.

Please note that due to the nature of these raw materials, these colours often vary slightly in grain, tone, and markings.

Feeling inspired? To save you a trip, we have a range of pre-framed blank artist packs available in-store. Each pack includes a Raw Victorian Ash float frame + either a blank canvas, Birch Board or Clear or White coated linen.

Our job would be pretty boring without artists. That’s why we created Stretched+ — It allows us to pre-pack bundled frames, and saves artists the time and money of returning to frame a painted canvas
All Artist Packs come pre-drilled and pre-attached, meaning all you have to do is unscrew the inner frame from the outer frame, paint your masterpiece, and re-screw!

- 100% cotton canvas 490gsm, triple-primed and sized
- 100% linen 490gsm, white acrylic coated
- 100% linen 490gsm, clear coated
- 6mm birch ply board
Stretched+ is floated in our standard 30mm depth float frame, in Raw Victorian Ash that is suitable to sand, paint, and stain
